Oh my Hanna!

So after getting a Hurricane do's and dont's letter on our door issued by our apartment complex, we decided we needed to get prepared!

It sounds like it wont be a hurricane by the time it hits us thought, however it will still be a tropical storm (which is almost just as "fun"). We are suppose to be prepared for a possible power outage and flooding and thunderstorms. It sounds like some people on the coast have evacuated already. But Ike, our next visitor, is supposed to be worse. (oh joy!)

So I went to dollar general to pick up some flashlights and batteries but they were all out! Fortunately a few Christmas's back my parents bought Ryan and me 72 hour packs. So in the off chance that it gets "that" bad we will be prepared. But i did buy two flats of water from Costco and some water jugs to keep the toilets flushing and plenty of canned goods just in case. Hopefully we wont need it but who knows!

Pray Hanna passes us by... along with Ike and whatever else mother nature has in store ( i really hate north carolina!!)
