Rain rain go away come back some other day (or never)

We are back in North Carolina. My parents came out and we were able to watch my sister play soccer. It was so fun to have them here not to mention the fact that my fav interior designer Doug E. Fresh (my dad) helped get my apartment in gear (ceiling fans, a sweet gigantic flat screen t.v., and bar stools). I am seriously so lucky to have such amazing and giving parents! I don't think there is any way i could thank them enough! It was even perfect weather here all weekend. And the day they left the flash floods and tornado watches (well warnings, "watches" means there could possibly be a tornado and warnings is "there is probably going to be a tornado", next to that there is only HOLY CRAP THERE IS A TORNADO) in the lovely Carolina of the North (yuck). I thought for sure the wicked witch was going to ride by my window on her bicycle today!

But despite that i have found an awesome hydraulic chair for my little salon in our apartment on good old craigslist! I will be in business in no time (now i need some updated business cards)

Although now that our apartment (really, just the sweetest t.v. ever) looks great i don't mind hiding indoors away from the rain with my precious little toddler who has picked up another word (well two words) "NO WAY!"

We could use some of that rain here in Utah. You can get business cards from Vista Print online for like $3.95 if you use one of their designs.

I bet that was fun to have a visit with them. Your TV will be wonderful with all the shows starting up soon. That's funny that Addie says No Way. Too cute.
