I heard they were going to fire him and get someone else because he didn't look grown up enough, but then he decided to bulk up and prove them wrong. I've never really understood the point of Team Jacob, since Bella was so obviously in love with Edward from the beginning, but after watching the movie, I have to say that I like movie Jacob better than movie Edward (oh, the sacrilege).
