Bath time!

Today we gave Addie her first real bath now that the creepy umbilical cord stump is gone. She was a lot more excited about this bath than the usual sponge bath. She really is the most well behaved baby. We are having so much fun with her.



Yesterday Kelly and Sarah Spiers came and visited with cousin Abigail. Abigail wasn't so sure how she felt about this little baby and being at her aunt and uncles (whom she doesn't see all that often). After Kelly showed her we "live at the park" and took her to play outside on the swings, she decided that Aunt Megan and Uncle Ryan weren't so bad. She enjoyed pointing at Addison and saying "Baby" but as soon as we paid attention to her she would quickly start crying and running to her mom. I hope maybe next time we see them she might remember us and we will be a little less scary. It was really fun to get to see Ryan's brother and wife and to get caught up.

It was nice to have people over now that our apartment looks a little more cozy even in spite of the cinder block walls. And we owe it all to LB Skeen and Doug E. Fresh (our interior designers).
